1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "GTC") apply to all ticket sales made through the website of revTeam ASBL (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), a non-profit association registered in Belgium, for participation in trackdays (automotive leisure events).

2. Ticket Purchases

Tickets for events organized by the Organizer are sold through the official website of revTeam ASBL. Ticket sales are open to any natural or legal person wishing to participate in an event.

3. Purpose of Sales

Tickets sold by the Organizer grant access to a trackday, a leisure automotive event where participants can access the track with their personal vehicle. These events are organized with the goal of providing a secure space for sport driving, without the intention of competition.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Any ticket sale is considered final after the order is confirmed by the Organizer. However, revTeam ASBL may, at its discretion, grant a postponement or refund of the ticket as a commercial gesture in exceptional circumstances. Requests for postponement or refund must be addressed directly to the Organizer.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In case an event organized by revTeam ASBL is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be fully refunded the amount of their purchase.

6. Liability

Participation in any trackday event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, risks of injury or other damages. By purchasing a ticket, the customer acknowledges these risks and agrees to assume full responsibility for their participation. The Organizer is not liable for any damages that may occur during the event. A waiver of claims will be signed by all participants before their access to the event.

7. Compliance with Conduct Rules

Participants in events are required to comply with the safety and conduct rules established by the Organizer. Failure to comply with these rules may result in exclusion from the event without a right to refund.

8. Modifications to the GTC

revTeam ASBL reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time without notice. Modifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Organizer's website.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
